I fell for the Hudson Valley while going to school at SUNY New Paltz in the 1990s, playing in various bands around the region, exploring it by bike and foot. While working at software companies over the last 20 years, my family has lived in Brooklyn with a succession of weekend homes New Paltz, most recently in Gardiner.
I’ve owned and restored 5 homes from the 1800s, 2 of them in landmark districts. I’ve successfully generated supplemental income from Airbnb. Have done the college rental house thing for years, and have also rented my properties to individuals and families.
My focus in working with Larry is leveraging these real estate experiences to help city folk find their ideal second home, even navigate a full-time move upstate, with a focus on Ulster County.
