Julie Rhinehart purchased her first Ulster County home in the hamlet of Boiceville, in 2014, as a family retreat and a respite from the hustle and bustle of life as a broker in Brooklyn. Her love of the property, (playfully dubbed “Pohlhenge” because of the unusual stone wall lining the driveway) and the area has inspired her to become more involved in the community and establish more permanent roots. She has since purchased an investment property nearby and is engaging in renovations. Always exploring the different aspects of real estate including rentals and renovations,
architecture and design as well as landscape and nature, help give Julie that well-rounded base of knowledge and perspective she’s known for. She’s dedicated to creating the winning strategies that help serve her buyer’s and seller’s needs no matter which market she’s serving. Many of her Brooklyn clients trust Julie’s instincts when it comes to helping them find a new home base in the Hudson Valley and Catskills Region. She understands the importance of their search as home matters more to all of us in our need to find comfort, security and safety in our changing world.
